Kai Hovi

Kai is the founder and owner of Hovi Advisory.

He has more than 25 years’ experience from quality, HSE and risk management in multinational companies and ultra-large projects, primarily within oil- and gas but also in other industries such as infrastructure and property development. He has lived and work abroad in South Korea and Singapore, including six years as Quality Manager – Fleet and Projects for BW Offshore in Singapore. Over the years he has worked a lot with ESG and with improvements to procurement and supply chain processes.  

 

After nearly a decade abroad, he returned to Norway in January 2022 to take on a long-term contract position in Norway. At the same time, Hovi Advisory AS was established with the purpose to provide advisory, management system audits and management for hire within his area of expertise.

Heidi E. Jørgensen

Heidi has more than 30 years’ experience within Project Management, Procurement & Contract Management, Quality, Risk and HSE Management including audits in multinational companies and ultra-large projects. Focus on oil & gas and the energy sector including renewables, both onshore and offshore/subsea.

Heidi is currently engaged by Nexans Norway as Head of Projects and Tender Purchasing (Full-time).

  • Passionate about improving supply chain processes to be more robust, efficient and transparent and to ensure better risk management

  • Since early 2000, engaged in projects related to the energy transition, with particular focus in recent years on Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) processes. Proven track record on building more sustainable processes
